Release Notes: Version 1.5.0
This release occurred on September 20, 2022 and included the following customer requests and bug fixes:
- Now you can Group By more than one field! We have added a Secondary Group By field under Criteria that will allow you you to group by one field within another field. For example, you can now group Activities by Timekeeper and by Activity Billed to compare the billed and unbilled activities across your firm.
- We enhanced our Related Contacts fields by adding the associated Contact information. The following fields are now included:
- Related Contact Primary Email Address
- Related Contact Primary Phone Number
- Related Contact Address
- Related Contact City
- Related Contact State/Province
- Related Contact Postal Code
- Related Contact Country
- Related Contact Address Type
- We have added two new Delivered Reports!
- "Related Contacts by Client" provides a list of all your related contacts, grouped by the Client Name and including Address, Primary Email and Phone information. Address information is also available to add if needed! Find it in the Contacts category.
- "Client Activity Report - Billed vs. Unbilled" uses our new Secondary Group By feature to provide all Activity entries by Client, then by the "Activities Billed?" field. This allows you to see all the Billed versus Unbilled subtotals for each client, and can be found in the Revenue category.
