Release Notes: Version 1.5.2

This release occurred on April 26, 2023 and requires a full download of data.  The updates included the following customer requests and bug fixes:
  • We added the new Calendar Event Type fields to the Calendar Category under the Events Type Subcategory.  Now you can include this information with your Calendar, Matter, Activities, and Users Report Types.
  • We added the “Date of Birth” field to the Contacts Category, and this data can now be included in your Contacts, Matter, Billing, Accounts, and Payments report types. 
  • We added the “Activity Reference” field to the Activities Category, and this data can now be included in your Activities, Matter, Billing, Users, and Payments report types. 
  • We created the “Tax Percentage of Bill” field and added it to our Billing Report Type under the Bill Calculations Subcategory, so that you can use it for calculations in your reports.  You can now calculate the amount of Primary and Secondary Taxes on a bill using this field. 
  • We moved the “Interest Percentage of Bill” field from the Rates Subcategory under Billing to the Bill Calculations Subcategory under Matter.  You can now calculate the amount of interest on a bill using this field.  
  • We updated the “Time Percentage of Bill” and "Expense Percentage of Bill" fields to recalculate as interest and taxes change on a bill.  Reports using these fields may show percentages change over time as interest increases.
  • We corrected a number of bugs that caused download or data reporting issues when an associated Matter is not identified.  We have now updated the program to continue downloading or reporting properly when the Matter ID is not available in Clio.
